When not in use, the construction of the container prevents the evaporation of the ink. When the side in use begins to dry out, even in the slightest bit, the pad can be simply reversed and the second side is fresh and ready for use. While utilizing the second side, the first side is continuously rejuvenating itself through the use of a special inking surface that prevents the build up of resin, in preparation for your necessity.
