We are happy to exchange items or accept returns for non-customized items within 30 days of the order being placed. We unfortunately cannot offer exchanges or returns for items that are custom made. In the rare instance where the item you order is defective or there is an error in our manufacturing we are of course happy to issue replacement items or a refund.
